Judas Tree #2 Seedling Broke

A few days ago, I had noticed the Judas tree seedling broke in half. I’m not sure what happened, but it looked like it was cut.

I left the bottom half planted and tried to replant the top half with root hormone. I don’t think the top half survived, but the bottom half is growing new leaves.
