Potted Azalia from Front Garden

This was a small Azalia growing in by front garden. It stayed small and never did flower. Most likely because it was growing under some shrubs and not getting much sunlight.

So, what did I do? I dug it up and put it in a bonsai put, of course. I think it can make a nice bonsai, but I’m not sure if I put it in the bonsai pot too soon.

It is a few years old at least. When it comes to repotting, maybe I’ll upsize the pot.
