Southside Table

Before these tables, I had all my trees on the ground in an area that will eventually become a pond. Therefore, they couldn’t stay there, and bending down all the time wasn’t very fun.

One evening while walking Tami, we passed in front a house that was being built. In the front yard was a pallet. I then had the idea.

The next day on my way home from work I passed the house and workers were there doing their thing. After I got home, I walked back over to it and asked if they were going to use the pallet. The answer was “no” and the pallet was mine. That pallet and some scrap wood are now my table.

I plan to build another one. I could use some more table space and I’d like to have it in a different location to take advantage of seasonal sunlight.
